Parking for events at the Fredericton Convention Centre (FCC) is easy and convenient.

Parking under cover

The FCC provides ample parking for your delegates. The attached East End garage provides 7 levels of parking, and additional spaces are located underneath the FCC for a total of 529 parking spots, with reasonable parking fees in effect 24/7. Less than two blocks away, the 535 Brunswick Street parking garage offers another 390 parking spaces.

Meters and surface lots

Dozens of meters line the streets adjacent to the FFC (Queen, King, and much of St. John Street). At the end of Carleton Street, next to the river behind Officer’s Square and just a block from the FCC, another 70 spots of surface, metered parking are available.

Street parking is free after hours!

Meters and surface lots are free of charge after 5pm daily and all weekend long. Several lots, leased during business hours, become available during off hours. That means more than 1000 free spaces within a 4 block radius, during evening and weekend events. (Please note, parking fees at the attached East End garage are in effect 24/7.)

Smart Payment

The East End garage is one of several city lots with pay-by-space parking. Note your space number and pay at the payment station nearby, with no need to return the receipt to your vehicle. Keep your receipt handy and top up your spot from any of the 18 parking payment stations in the city, including one conveniently located near the FCC reception area.

Hot Spot – Pay from your phone!

HotSpot parking delivers a convenient, worry-free, mobile parking solution. Pay for parking with your phone by downloading the HotSpot app, become a member: park and pay on-the go!

Open the app launcher on your mobile device and search for HotSpot Parking.  Install the app and then sign-up.  Enter your parking spot number and you will never be caught needing to run back to your meter or parking lot pay station, as you can top up your parking from your phone!  Merchants can gift parking to you, protect your car from tickets if you leave it overnight and take a taxi home . . . so many benefits!
